ISUAAAT12 Payments

Payments for ISUAAAT12 are made through Imperial College's secure online payment site.  All payments must be made in advance of the Symposium, there is no facility for on-site registration payments.

Follow this link to online payments - at 'Department', select ISUAAAT12. It will present the available payment options. A charge for paying by Credit card of 1.345% is added automatically at the end.  There is no additional charge for paying using a Debit card

Rates for ISUAAAT12 are all in GBP, and includes lunch, morning and afternoon refreshments, a copy of the Proceedings on CD and the Symposium dinner.  Accommodation and travel costs are your responsiblity

It is possible to register to attend one day, the fee per day is £ 150 - please state which day you wish to attend - please note Thursday Day-rate does not not include attending the Symposium dinner.  

Online Early Booking Discount was only available until 30 June 2009,  and theerafter the Standard Rate automatically applies.

Spouses / Guests can attend the Symposium dinner. There is a £30 charge for this, which must be booked and paid for in advance, via the online payment system.

Refunds will be made to up to 31 July 2009, after which no further refunds will be made.  The exception to the 'No refund' policy is to any paid delegate who cannot obtain a Visa to attend, evidence of the Embassy visa refusal letter will be required.
